Mr Bodom MATUNGULU has an overview of the transport sector (road, rail, port, urban mobility) of the DRC, which integrates technical, economic, institutional and regulatory aspects, for having worked and assumed several functions in the ” development and implementation of structuring transport infrastructure projects within the framework of the Sino-Congolese Program projects, regional integration with ECCAS and AfDB and especially for having participated in the development of the Integrated National Master Plan DR Congo Transport “PDNIT” and the strategic plan for the reform of the Congolese Transport and Ports Company (SCTP).Currently, he is a technical advisor in charge of major infrastructure projects at the Presidency of the Republic.
Prior to the above, employed with IGIP Consulting and Pölling Engineer Consulting. Good understanding of emerging market countries; comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and sub-Saharan Africa.
More than 13 years of management experience. Since August 2019 heading the KfW Pretoria office – responsible for South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
Mr. Nkinzo also worked as a Tax & Legal Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers DRC from April 2012 to June 2014 in charge of legal and fiscal advisory for multinational and local clients. From February 2007 to February 2012, Mr. Nkinzo held the position of Human Resources Business Partners at Nestlé where he implemented Nestlé’s internal policies in line with DRC local labor regulations. For 4 years, He also served as the Recovery Agent & controller at the Tax Administration Office DGI From December 2000 to February 2004. Mr. Nkinzo is a graduate in General Management from HEC Paris (France) 2014 and holds a Master in Law from Université de Kinshasa 1996 to 2000 and a Master in
International Public Law from Université de Kinshasa and Université Catholique de Bukavu.

Prior to her most recent experience working on trade and investment, Emma worked at the British Embassy in Washington DC as the UK’s Counsellor for Foreign and Security Policy. This came on the back of a two year stint heading up the Crisis Response Team in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She was awarded an OBE by Her Majesty The Queen for her work helping British Nationals to safety from hot spots all around the world.
Emma has had a distinguished career as a British Diplomat spanning more than two decades, with postings to Mexico and Chile as well as secondments to the United Nations in New York; the European Commission in Brussels; and the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills where she worked on international trade. Emma is married to John; speaks reasonably fluent Spanish; and attempts to play golf every once in a while.
Brigette enjoys a formidable reputation in the continent; according to Chambers Global she is “one of the most well-known names in the projects and energy field” and is regarded as the “doyenne of project finance” in Africa. She has consistently been ranked as a Star Individual for Projects and Energy in South Africa since 2009.
